Today's consumer increasingly informed and demanding has long ceased to consider the tangible benefits of a product or service as a deciding factor for purchase. Search that his senses and emotions are encouraged and it is this demand that has to inspire businesses and that leads to the humanization of marketing (relational marketing), which fits the need of these turn their brands into something more than the meaning of its core product, - in Lovemarks. Indeed, it is the consumer who is the central question of the existence of the brand and that's where it should concentrate the efforts of organizations so that their brands do not get confused among many others existing in an economy where competition and increasing offer and quality very similar leaving consumers confused and tend to cease to be loyal to brands. The differentiating factor that brands can create, gained a major role in satisfaction and subsequent loyalty of consumers and their relationship with brands. When they win the hearts and minds of consumers, giving them positive feelings and emotions, easily ascend to the status of Lovemarks. The new generation called millenials demands from brands a content marketing strategy capable of attracting and satisfying this type of consumers with new characteristics and needs. They are present on various platforms, use multiple devices and therefore there are bets that cannot fail in the approach to this generation.
