Relatório de estágio: Observação e análise de jogo do Valença Hóquei Clube

Abstract

O presente relatório enquadra-se no âmbito do Mestrado em treino desportivo realizado na Escola Superior de Desporto e lazer, onde tive de realizar, no 2º ano curricular, estágio anual na modalidade de especialização: hóquei em patins. O meu estágio foi realizado no Valença Hóquei Clube, durante a época desportiva 2018/19, onde acompanhei os trabalhos desenvolvidos na equipa sénior que joga na 2ª divisão. Este relatório esta dividido em cinco partes entre elas uma breve revisão da literatura onde falo em algumas componentes do Hóquei em Patins, em segundo lugar é abordado o tema da observação e análise de jogo, posteriormente faço uma breve descrição do meu local de estágio e de seguida falo sobre o plano de atividades desenvolvidas durante o mesmo. No final faço uma reflexão critica sobre os aspetos positivos e negativos durante esta experiência prática – ano de estágio. Para a realização do estágio foi-me proposto aplicar todos os conhecimentos adquiridos, na área do treino desportivo, absorvidos no decorrer do ano curricular. Durante estes 10 meses de estágio elaborei uma análise direta e indireta dos jogos efetuados pela equipa sénior. Também foi feita observação e análise aos adversários, foram feitos vídeos para sustentar decisões. A realização deste estágio permitiu-me adquirir melhores competências para que me seja possível desempenhar melhor a função de treinador de hóquei em patins, nas suas mais variadas vertentes.

This report falls within the scope of the Master's degree in sports training conducted at the School of Sports and Leisure, where I had to perform, in the second year of the curriculum, an annual internship in the specialization modality: roller hockey. My internship was held at the Valença Hockey Club, during the 2018/19 sports season, where I followed the work developed in the senior team playing in the 2nd division. This report is divided into five parts, including a brief review of the literature where I talk about some components of Roller Hockey; secondly, the topic of game observation and analysis is discussed, and I briefly describe my place of internship and then I talk about the plan of activities developed during it. At the end I make a critical reflection on the positive and negative aspects during this practical experience - year of internship. For the accomplishment of the internship I was proposed to apply all the acquired knowledge, in the area of the sports training, absorbed during the curricular year. During these 10 months of internship I did a direct and indirect analysis of the games performed by the senior team. Also made observation and analysis to the opponents, videos were made to support decisions. The realization of this stage allowed me to acquire better skills so that I can better perform the role of roller skating coach in its various aspects.
