A integração de Portugal no espaço geopolítico internacional: estudo com uma turma do 6.º ano de escolaridade

Abstract

Neste relatório final de estágio é descrito o percurso pedagógico desenvolvido no do ano letivo de 2021/2022, no âmbito da unidade curricular da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada, integrada no Mestrado em Ensino do 1.º ciclo do Ensino Básico e de Português e História e Geografia de Portugal no 2.º ciclo do Ensino Básico. Começamos por realizar o enquadramento das duas intervenções educativas: uma no primeiro ciclo do ensino básico e outra no segundo ciclo do ensino básico, dando ênfase à caracterização dos contextos, atividades pedagógicas realizadas nas diferentes áreas e recursos empregues na elaboração das propostas de aprendizagem. No relatório também podemos encontrar propostas pedagógicas desenvolvidas numa turma do 6.º ano de escolaridade de uma escola da rede pública do concelho de Viana do Castelo, em torno do tema da participação de Portugal no espaço geopolítico internacional, nomeadamente na CPLP e UE, juntamente com a análise e interpretação de cada atividade. A proposta pedagógica, estrutura-se em três questões orientadoras: 1. Que conhecimentos prévios apresentam os alunos relativamente à geopolítica? 2. Que lugar e influência geopolítica ocupa Portugal no mundo? 3. Qual a evolução da aprendizagem dos alunos relativamente a estes conceitos? Este estudo e as atividades pedagógicas executadas seguem uma metodologia qualitativa que visa perceber qual o conhecimento e a opinião dos alunos sobre as temáticas abordadas. Na realização do estudo, foi utilizado o inquérito por questionário como técnica de recolha de dados, que foi respondido por vinte alunos do sexto ano de escolaridade, além de observação direta, notas de investigação, trabalhos feitos pela turma e diálogos informais com os alunos. O presente relatório finda com uma reflexão global sobre o percurso académico realizado até aqui, com o ponto de vista e apreciações do investigador ao longo destes cinco anos.

In this final internship report is described the pedagogical journey developed in the school year 2021/2022, within the scope of the curricular unit of Supervised Teaching Practice, integrated in the master's degree in teaching of the first cycle of Basic Education and Portuguese and History and Geography of Portugal in the second cycle of Basic Education. We begin by conducting the framework of the two educational interventions: one in the first cycle of basic education and the other in the second cycle of basic education, emphasizing the characterization of the contexts, pedagogical activities carried out in different areas and resources used in the development of learning proposals. In the report we can also find pedagogical proposals developed in a 6th grade class of a public school in the county of Viana do Castelo, around the theme of Portugal's participation in the international geopolitical space, especially in the CPLP and EU, along with the analysis and interpretation of each activity. The pedagogical proposal, is structured in three guiding questions: 1. What prior knowledge do students have regarding geopolitics? 2. What place and geopolitical influence does Portugal occupy in the world? 3. What is the evolution of students learning regarding these concepts? This study and the pedagogical activities carried out follow a qualitative methodology that aims to understand the students knowledge and opinion about the topics addressed. In this study, the questionnaire survey was used as a data collection technique, which was answered by twenty sixth-grade students, in addition to direct observation, research notes, work done by the class and informal dialogues with the students. This report ends with a global reflection on the academic path taken so far, with the researcher's point of view and appreciations throughout these five years.
