Abstract: | O principal objetivo do Plano de Marketing Digital elaborado para as modalidades do
The main objective of the Digital Marketing Plan drawn up for Futebol Clube do Porto's sports is to create strategies to improve the way they reach the public, digital marketing and even general marketing. In this way, it will be possible to reach other audiences, increase the notoriety of the club's sports and, furthermore, affirm its positioning. The plan will also help to raise awareness of FC Porto's various sports. In order to facilitate the analysis and proceed with the plan, a structured qualitative methodology was used. Structured interviews were carried out with the club's various bodies, the aim of which was to understand their perception of how the sports are working with marketing and the gaps they find and need to correct. In this way, it was possible to create strategies to combat these gaps. Interviews were conducted with FC Porto's marketing director, the sports marketing manager, a handball team player, the basketball team coach and a club member. In this sense, marketing actions were developed to emphasize the athletes and coaches, make the sports better known to the general public, in order to attract more fans to FC Porto's sports, which will allow them to be even more successful. After developing the Marketing Plan, it was identified that there is a need to increase the group of employees in the marketing department who are only involved in sports, in order to be able to respond to their specific marketing and communication needs. |
