As empresas
Nowadays, these are days of pandemic and confinement. Companies have felt the need to reinvent themselves and adapt to the present moment. The Internet and social networks have developed and increased their activity substantially. Users spend more time on social networks, shop more online, and feel more than ever a need for information and to view content. As such, companies providing online services feel the need to be present with their audience and communicate their brands, with their own content of value to users. Content marketing is a strategy used by brands as a way to create notoriety in social networks, increase relationships with their audiences and transform the way companies are seen by customers by creating transparency and empathy between customer and brand. The main objective of this project is to define and implement a content marketing strategy for the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn, through a quarterly content plan in the marketing services company Naive, so that the company achieves an increase in brand awareness and a greater engagement in its publications in order to obtain an increase in customers and the loyalty of current customers. This work consisted of two empirical studies. The first is qualitative, consisting of an exploratory interview with the CEO of the brand, in order to understand the values, mission, and vision of the company, to know the challenges of the sector where it operates and its competitors, as well as to identify certain content strategies for the different social networks used by the company. The second empirical study of a quantitative nature is based on the execution of a questionnaire survey to a sample of 200 individuals to assess their perceptions and habits regarding social networks and the content offered on social networks, to study the results. Finally, the content strategy for the brand was developed, which includes the study of the different competitors and how they act on their social networks, the specific objectives for the company's different social networks, the actions to be developed, the content to be implemented, their timing and identification of the tools that will be needed to optimize and improve the company's social networks. |
