Abstract: O presente relatório apresenta o percurso pedagógico realizado durante a intervenção em contexto educativo.
This report presents the pedagogical journey undertaken during the intervention in educational context. It follows, in its structure, the framework of the interventions carried out in the 1st and 2nd cycle of basic education, emphasizing the study developed in the pedagogical area of History and Geography of Portugal. The applied scientific research was developed in a 6th grade class, within the curricular unit of Supervised Teaching Practice. Starting from the desire to contribute to the Historical Teaching and its interpretation lines, the study is based on the use of Historical Literacies, involving components like intertextuality and the crossing of sources and evidences, in the approach of Contemporary Portugal. Throughout the experience, the trainee teacher should assume the role of researcher, learning to interpret conceptually and scientifically all the aspects of History Teaching exposed to the participants. Promoting, thus, the students' reflexive habits, inciting an analysis and questioning of the historical events taught in the classroom context. In order to guide the study, a research question was defined: ''To what extent literacies and intertextuality can be crossed in the sense of developing scientific and pedagogical competences of Contemporary History of Portugal?'', which was unfolded into other three questions in order to facilitate its exploration: ''In what sense can intertextuality and literacies be used, in the classroom, in the context of History and Geography of Portugal?'', ''What conceptions do students have about the connection between intertextuality, historical literacies and the study of Portuguese Contemporary History?'' and ''What relation does this didactic approach have with the development of specific skills and knowledge of the subject of History and Geography of Portugal?'' In this framework, a set of tasks was developed in order to obtain answers to the questions raised. Thus, five central objectives of the study were outlined: ''To know the intertextual register of the students and the class during the learning of the concepts of the pedagogical area of History and Geography of Portugal.'', ''To analyse which are the students' prior conceptions and practices about the connection between intertextuality and the study of Portuguese Contemporary History.'', ''To promote interdisciplinarity as a resource in the teaching of the History and Geography of Portugal.'' ''To raise awareness, through the use of intertextuality and historical empathy, of the debate and reflection on historical memories and the painful past.'' and ''To encourage understanding and appreciation of historical memory as a vital instrument for historical recovery. Consequently, a research paradigm of a qualitative or interpretative nature was adopted in order to assist the research developed. To collect the data obtained during the implementation of the activities, we opted for the techniques of direct observation, written and audio records and the application of a general survey by printed questionnaire to the participants. The adoption of these techniques allowed for an in-depth analysis of the application of literacies and intertextuality as a resource to the teaching of Contemporary Portugal.
